With more than 30 years of experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants, J. Wayne Little has the required expertise in analyzing cases from all perspectives. Wayne is dedicated to understanding all aspects of the case, what results you seek, and helping facilitate a full resolution of your matter. Wayne will take the time and make the effort to fully educate himself on the case details. He will fully consider the multiple angles of each party's case and will be prepared to fully engage in the matter being mediated.

Wayne routinely conducts mediation via Zoom. Such mediations can be either a mix (some parties/attorneys/ carriers in-person and some via Zoom) or all parties/attorneys/ carriers can attend via Zoom.
Wayne is willing to travel to any city in the State of Texas. Travel expenses will be in addition to half/full-day mediation fees. See the Mediation tab for expense information regarding out-of-town mediations.

· Hopkins, Crow & Little, Conroe, Texas. Partner, 2000 to 2001.

· Lorance & Thompson, Houston, Texas. Associate Attorney, 1993 to 1997, Partner 1997 to 1998, Managing Partner, 1998 to 2000.

· Lead counsel in over 500 depositions ranging in parties/witnesses from plaintiffs, physicians/other healthcare providers, commercial vehicle operators, electrical engineers, risk/quality control managers, and owners of other high-end corporations, etc.

· Participated as lead counsel in over 300 mediations as both defense counsel (over 150 cases) and plaintiff counsel (over 150 cases) and in numerous high-exposure trials.

· Vast experience as both plaintiff and defense counsel (approximately 15 years on each side) educating clients in ADR and successfully navigating the process until a successful resolution.

· Litigated multi-million-dollar exposure cases in literally every corner of the State of Texas, as well as other states.
