· Lead counsel in over 500 depositions ranging in parties/witnesses from plaintiffs, physicians/other healthcare providers, commercial vehicle operators, electrical engineers, risk/quality control managers, and owners of other high-end corporations, etc.
· Participated as lead counsel in over 300 mediations as both defense counsel (over 150 cases) and plaintiff counsel (over 150 cases) and in numerous high-exposure trials.
